  • The City of Tega Cay offers a number of different ways for you to pay your bill. You can pay in person or by mail at City Hall located at 7725 Tega Cay Dr. If you want to drop your payment off afterhours, we have a drop box in the parking lot for you.   • Garbage collection for all residents occurs every Monday and recycle service on alternating Tuesdays. See the garbage and recycle calendar for recycle service days and to sign up for reminders.
     
    Please make sure your cart is by the curb no later than 6am with all materials for collection inside the cart. The City contracts with Signature Waste for garbage & recycle service. For any questions, please call (704) 714-9400.

  • Currently, City Council meets the third Monday of each month. Meetings are scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM at the Glennon Community Center (Lower Level) unless other wise noted on the agenda for that meeting.

  • Bagged leaves and brush piles consisting of limbs & yard debris are collected weekly throughout the year. These must be placed at the back edge of the road or curb (not in the street) before 6am on Mondays. Limbs must not be longer than 4' and no more than 4" in diameter. The City also collects loose leaf piles from the end of October until February. See schedule to determine when collection occurs in your area.

  • Parking permits are required for Windjammer & Pitcairn parks, as well as the Beach & Swim Center. To obtain a free resident permit, please visit City Hall M-F 8:30am - 5pm.

  • To report an unwanted, stray or injured animal that is in violation of the leash law, please contact York County Animal Control at (803) 628-3190. For animals that are deceased, you must contact a wildlife company for removal services (such as A-1 Wildlife or Palmetto Wildlife).

  • The parking of campers, recreational vehicles, boat/watercraft trailers is permitted in residential driveways with a 72-hour parking permit issued by the Tega Cay Police Department. Such parking permits must be posted on the vehicle and are limited to four renewals within a 30-day period.
