Sports Registration
Tega Cay Parks & Recreation offers online registration for all youth sports programs. In order to register participants playing baseball, softball, or flag football you must have or create an account with CivicRec. In order to register for soccer, you must create an account with PlayMetrics. If you are having issues registering online please call 803-548-3787.
Refund Policy: Full refund minus the convenience fee prior to January 31st. Partial refund (registration amount minus convenience fee and uniform cost) prior to February 9th. No refunds issued after February 9th.
Tega Cay Parks and Recreation Coach/Carpool/Practice Request Policy
Tega Cay Parks and Recreation honors all coach and carpool requests within reason in Tiny Tees, Advanced T-Ball, U4, U6, U8 soccer, and 6U Flag Football. All AA (Coach Pitch), AAA (Minors), O-Zone (Majors), U10, U12, U14, U16 soccer, 8U, 10U, 13U flag football, and 8U, 10U, 12U softball teams are limited to 3 coaches' kids/requests per team. Practice requests are limited to 1 night or time slot per registration. If there is a specific night your child cannot attend practice you can make a request to not practice on that night, however any additional requests may not be honored. Carpool requests are limited to 2 families while requests involving more than 2 families will not be considered. Carpool requests with coaches' protected players will not be honored.
Beginning Spring of 2026, Tega Cay Parks & Recreation Baseball will be sanctioned under Diamond Youth Baseball and no longer affiliated with Little League. Youth Baseball is offered in the Spring for ages 3-15 (age as of April 30, 2026). Teams will begin practicing in February, typically practicing 1-2 times a week. Once games begin teams will drop down to 0-1 practices per week. The season will run from February to May depending on the age group. Games will primarily be held during the week for AA (Coach Pitch), AAA (Minors) and O-Zone (Majors) but Saturday games can be expected; Tiny Tees and Advanced T-Ball will be held on Saturday, but Sunday games are possible. All participants can expect games to be held at Tega Cay Baseball Facilities. The registration fee will cover the cost of uniforms (jersey, hats and socks), umpires, field usage/preparation, secondary insurance, Diamond Youth Baseball Chartering and league administration. Participants will be responsible for baseball pants, glove, batting helmet, bat, cleats (Full Equipment List). - Tiny Tees (3-4) - $75
- Advanced T-Ball (5-6) - $75

- Dixie Youth Baseball (13-15) - $125
Participants residing outside of Tega Cay City limits will be charged an additional $70 fee per sport.

Baseball Evaluations
There are no evaluations for Tiny Tees and Advanced T-Ball. Teams will randomly be assigned based on age and requests.

Teams will drop to 0-1 practices per week once games begin. The season will run from February to May depending on the age group. Games will primarily be held on Saturdays, however some games can occur during the week and/or Sunday. The registration fee will cover the cost of the jersey/socks, officials, field usage/preparation, secondary insurance and league administration. - 6U Flag Football (5-6) - $75

Flag Football Evaluations
There will be no evaluations for the 6U division. Teams will be randomly assigned based on age and special requests.
Wednesday, February 4th (Catawba Park): 8U Flag Football 6:00 PM, 10U Flag Football 7:00 PM, 13U Flag Football 8:00 PM.

Youth Soccer is offered through Charlotte Independence Soccer Club in the spring for ages 3-15 (age as of December 31, 2025). Teams will begin practicing in February, typically practicing 1-2 times per week. Once games begin teams will drop down to 0-1 times per week. The season will run from February to May depending on the age group. Games will primarily be held on Saturdays, however some games will be played during the week and/or Sundays. All participants can expect games in the Tega Cay/Fort Mill area. The registration fee will cover the referees, field usage/preparation, secondary insurance, coaches' equipment and league administration. Participants will be responsible for jerseys, shorts, shin guards, and cleats (Full Equipment List). Jerseys must to picked up directly from CISC. CISC will communicate a date when jerseys will be available for pick up. Participants may continue wearing jerseys purchased in a previous season.

Soccer Evaluations
There will be no evaluations for U4 Division, U6 KINGS or U8 Coed soccer. Teams will be assigned at random for U4, U6 and U8 unless parent's request a specific coach.
U10-U16 Soccer Evaluations

Teams will drop to 0-1 times per week once games begin. The season will run from February to May depending on the age group. Games will be held during the week with some possible Saturdays. Participants can expect games at Tega Cay and/or local facilities. The registration fee will cover the cost of uniforms (jersey and socks), umpires, field usage/preparation, secondary insurance and league administration. The participants would be responsible for softball pants, glove, helmet, bat, cleats, and face shield (Full Equipment List). Softball Evaluations

Adult Co-ed Kickball
Registration: December 1st - January 12th (Existing Teams). January 13th - January 31st (New Teams)
Fee: $370 Per Team
Each team can expect a minimum of 8 regular season games (unless multiple rainouts occur) and an end of the season tournament. The season will run from late February until June, weather permitting. The games will be held on Fridays with the exception of the End of the Season Tournament which will be held on Friday and Saturday. The team registration fee covers payment of umpires during the tournament, tournament trophies, field rental, kickballs and league administration, teams would be responsible for payment of umpires during the regular season ($15 per game) and uniforms.

Men's Softball
Registration: December 1st - January 12th (Existing Teams). January 13th - January 31st (New Teams)
Fee: $410 Per Team
Each team can expect a minimum of 12 regular season games (unless multiple rainouts occur) and an end of the season tournament. The season will run from late February until June, weather permitting. All games will be held on Sundays (and Wednesdays if 10 or more teams). The team registration fee covers payment of umpires during the tournament, tournament trophies, field rental, softballs and league administration, teams would be responsible for payment of umpires during the regular season ($25 per game) and uniforms.

Women's Softball
Registration: December 1st - January 12th (Existing Teams). January 13th - January 31st (New Teams)
Fee: $390 Per Team

All games will be held on Sundays. The team registration fee covers payment of umpires for the tournament, tournament trophy, field usage, softballs and league administration, teams would be responsible for payment of umpires during the regular season ($20 per game) and uniforms.
