Sports Registration
**IMPORTANT** Tega Cay P&R has moved to a new registration software (CivicRec) for Spring 2021. A new account must be created in order to register. You will no longer use Oasys Sports to register.
Refund Policy: Full refund minus the convenience fee prior to February 6th. Partial refund (registration amount minus convenience fee and uniform cost) prior to February 13th. No refunds issued after February 16th.
Tega Cay Parks and Recreation Coach/Carpool/Practice Request Policy
Tega Cay Parks and Recreation honors all coach and carpool requests within reason in Tiny Tees, Advanced T-Ball, U5, U7 soccer, and 6U Flag Football. All Coach Pitch, Minors, Majors, U9, U11, U14 soccer, Flag Football 8U, 10U, 13U, and 8U, 10U, 12U softball teams are limited to 3 coaches' kids/requests per team. Practice requests are limited to 1 night or time slot per registration. If there is a specific night your child cannot attend practice you can make a request to not practice on that night, however any additional requests may not be honored. Carpool requests are limited to 2 families while requests involving more than 2 families will not be considered. Carpool requests with coaches' protected players will not be honored.

Adult Co-ed Kickball
Registration: December 1st-February 6thFee: $315 Per Team
Each team can expect a minimum of 10 regular season games (unless multiple rainouts occur) and an end of the season tournament. The season will run from late February until early May, weather permitting. The games will be held on Fridays with the exception of the End of the Season Tournament which will be held on Saturday and Sunday. The team registration fee covers payment of umpires during the tournament, tournament trophies, field rental, kickballs and league administration, teams would be responsible for payment of umpires during the regular season ($13 per game) and uniforms.
Men's Softball
Registration: December 1st - February 6th
Fee: $390 Per Team
Each team can expect a minimum of 12 regular season games (unless multiple rainouts occur) and an end of the season tournament. The season will run from late February to early May weather permitting. All games will be held on Sundays and Wednesdays. The team registration fee covers payment of umpires during the tournament, tournament trophies, field rental, softballs and league administration, teams would be responsible for payment of umpires during the regular season ($20 per game) and uniforms.
Women's Softball
Registration: December 1st - February 6th
Fee: $370 Per Team
Each team can expect a minimum of 10 regular season games (unless multiple rainouts occur) and an end of the season tournament.
