Community Sponsorships

Tega Cay Parks & Recreation offers a variety of recreation programs and community events throughout the year.  TCPR is able to serve the City’s 13,000 residents through our eighteen different park facilities, including the first inclusive playground in York County.  The youth and adult sports offerings provide opportunities for over 5,000 participants each year that come from within our City and the surrounding areas.   Our Community Events are “can’t miss events” and include: 1) Concerts (April, May, June, August and September), 2) July 4th Celebration & firework show, 3) Catawba Fest, 4) Christmas Tree Lighting.  These events keep the small-town feel alive and well by providing entertainment and social interactions for tens of thousands of people each year.  

Our Community Sponsorship Program plays a vital role in making our programs and events successful.  Thanks to sponsors like YOU, TCPR is able to help fund capital improvements at our parks and allows us to continue to offer our amazing community events.

The Sponsorship Program is operated by Tega Cay Forever, our 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation.  In addition to the great benefits listed on this brochure, by becoming a sponsor your contribution is 100% tax deductible and you are able to show your business’ commitment to the people of our community and the surrounding areas.

Hall of Fame Sponsor 

($10,000/year) As the Hall of Fame level sponsor your business is entitled to:

  • (6) Youth Sports Team Sponsorships per season (baseball, flag football, and/or softball)
  • Sponsorship Plaque at Catawba Park Baseball/Softball & Soccer Complexes
  • Presenting Sponsor for (5) Concerts, Catawba Fest, & July 4th (4' X 8' Banner)
  • Complimentary booth at Catawba Fest
  • Monthly Social Media mentions
  • Website listing for all city events & youth sponsorship pages

All-Star Sponsor

($3,000/year) As an All-Star level sponsor your business is entitled to:

  • (4) Youth Sports Team Sponsorships per season (baseball, flag football, and/or softball)
  • Sponsorship Plaque at Catawba Park Baseball/Softball and Soccer Complexes
  • Signage at city events (Concerts, Catawba Fest, & July 4th) (3' X 5' Banner)
  • Website listing for all city events & youth sponsorship pages

Captain Sponsor

($1,750/year)  As a Captain level sponsor your business is entitled to:

  • (3) Youth Sports Teams Sponsorships per season (baseball, flag football, and/or softball)
  • Sponsorship Plaque at Catawba Park Baseball/Softball or Soccer Complex
  • Signage at city events (Concerts, Catawba Fest, & July 4th) (2' X 4' Banner)

Starter Sponsor 

($500/year) As a Starter level sponsor your business is entitled to:
