Fire Station 1 is Headquarters to 2 Fire Stations in Tega Cay South Carolina. Station 1 houses Fire Administration and Fire Prevention. Station 1’s primary response district incorporates the business district the east side of Tega Cay for fire, EMS, and rescues calls.

Staff at Station 1 includes:

  • Fire Chief
  • Operations Captain
  • Administrative Staff
  • Fire Marshal
  • Engine 1, Ladder 1 and Brush 1
  • Technical Rescue Assets
  • 4 Firefighter/NREMT Personnel


Station 2

Built in 1972, Fire Station 2 is the original Tega Cay Volunteer Fire Department Station which today houses combination firefighters including both city staff and volunteers. Additionally, it is home to our classroom training facility. Station 2’s primary response district includes the peninsula, the clubhouse, and city government buildings.    

Staff at Station 2 includes:

  • Engine 2, Engine 4, Service 1, Reserve Engine 2
  • 3 Firefighter/NREMT Personnel
  • Fire Training Classroom Facility
