The City of Tega Cay Business licenses are valid through the end of each business license year, which runs from May 1st of each year through April 30th of the following year. Business licenses must be renewed each license year by April 30th. Starting May 1st of each year, a 5% late penalty will be added to the unpaid tax for each month or portion thereof after the due date until paid.
