Parking Permits are required for any vehicle/golf carts at Windjammer & Pitcairn parks, as well as the Beach & Swim Center.
Permits/decals are available only at City Hall (7725 Tega Cay Drive) Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5pm. You must bring the following information:
- Vehicles Driver's License or Golf Carts Driver's License
- Valid vehicle registration or Golf Cart Registration
- To receive a resident decal your Driver's License and Vehicle registration must be registered to a Tega Cay address.
- Non-resident decals are $200 for one calendar year ending December 31st regardless of purchase date. Non-resident decals are issued to those whose Driver's License and or Vehicle registration do not reflect a Tega Cay address.
Place the parking permit on the inside of your windshield in the lower left hand corner.
All vehicles parked at these locations without a permit may be ticketed ($100 fine) or towed at the owner's expense.
