At this community meeting, Tega Cay residents will hear first-hand about Pennies For Progress and future projects in the area that are included in the 3rd installment of the program. A special election to renew the 3rd installment of Pennies For Progress will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 2. All York County precincts will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
