The City of Tega Cay has been named a 2018 Solution Provider All Star Award winner by Constant Contact. The annual award recognizes the most successful 10 percent of Constant Contact’s customer base, based on their significant achievements using email marketing to engage and drive results for their organization during the prior year.
“We’re happy to be recognized by Constant Contact for our e-Newsletter, ‘The Rewind’. We have so many exciting things happening in Tega Cay and Constant Contact’s tools have helped us engage with our residents through providing a cost-effective and easy-to-use subscriber-based platform. Communication plays a vital role in public service and we are excited to be recognized for the successes we have experienced in reaching our community through this e-Newsletter,” stated the City’s Marketing & Communications Manager, Lacey Armstrong.
Criteria used to select this year’s All Stars included the level of engagement between subscribers and email campaigns, open and click-through rates for the newsletters, and the use of reporting tools to better understand engagement and enhance the information provided therein.
