This notice is to inform you that beginning October 1, 2018, the City will charge for solid waste (household garbage) collection. This fee will be included on your monthly utility bill. The fee is $14.80, which is a pass-through cost of what the contractor charges the City. This fee will pay for garbage service and allow the City to reallocate tax and other revenues to fund much needed infrastructure and operational improvements.
