We spend a lot of time distributing information, but unless you are signed up to receive it, you may miss something important! We understand the feeling of being bombarded with information so we’ve customized our communication avenues so you can pick and choose what suits you. We update our website and Social Media sites frequently. By simply visiting the City’s website, you can view what is happening in our "Recent News" and also view posts to Facebook. We also send emails and text regarding news, events and alerts.
Our weekly newsletter gives concise updates from each Department so you know what is happening with Police, Fire, Parks & Rec, Administration and Development Services. These brief stories give you an overview of what is happening with links to learn more about those articles that are most interesting to you. Tune-in to Comporium’s Channel 115 to view Council meetings and information regarding the City. Lastly, the City has partnered with CodeRED to send out emergency notifications to our residents regarding inclement weather, utility information and other urgent messages.
