Throughout the 2014 / 2015 school year the TC Lions Club provided vision screening to every student at TCES and to all K, 1st and 3rd grades in all Fort Mill Schools, as well as some day cares and Head Start programs with the SPOT vision screener. They will be back in the schools in the spring of 2016 and are currently scheduling vision screenings in day cares and pre-schools. If you are interested in helping or would like to learn about this great program for children ages 6 months and up, TC Lions are scheduling a training/information session in the Lower Level of the Glennon Center on Monday, July 20 from 2 PM to 4 PM and from 6 PM - 8 PM. Come to one of the two sessions and learn more about the program. If you are unable to attend one of the two sessions and are interested in screenings, let me know and I'll work with you.
