As required by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) for the protection of the public water system, irrigation systems must be equipped with a double check valve assemble (DCVA) for back flow prevention. This valve must be checked annually by a DHEC certified tester. This is due by June 1, 2015. For the testing form and a list of certified testers, please see the "Additional Info" link below.
