City Council will be holding a special workshop meeting to hear Planning Commission's recommendation regarding the Annexation of Tax Map Number 645-00-00-027 (2320 Vineyard Road) and Rezoning from RSF-40 in York County to R-40 in the City. Additionally, Council will discuss Windhaven Park as well as York County Recreation Tax.
