Comporium will be doing upgrade work in the Tega Cay service area from 7/7/2021 through 7/13/2021. While this work is going on, you may notice interruptions of your Digital Video / High Speed Internet services during the day. To accommodate “work from home customers,” the service interruptions will begin at 6:00am and be complete by 1:00pm daily. Comporium crews will still be in the area performing nonservice interruption work, preparing for the following day as well as rapid response to any unforeseen service issues.
Residents are encouraged to report any outages outside of this schedule. Any unscheduled outages will be handled as priority.
There may be a large presence of Comporium crews while this work is being performed to complete this upgrade project as rapidly as possible to minimize service outages. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
Scope of work and areas that will be affected:
We will be upgrading the existing plant from 862MHz to 1.2GHz. Additionally, we will be rebuilding the existing plant and identifying potential service issues and making necessary corrections.
