Windjammer Park will host a special concert featuring Darrell Harwood this Saturday, September 5. The concert will be from 4: 30 - 7:30 p.m. and may be attended only via Lake Wylie as Windjammer Park will be closed. The concert will also be live-streamed on the City’s Facebook page.
