It’s important to note that there are probably more people who have this virus, but have not been tested due to showing mild or no symptoms. These people can still be carriers and spread the virus. On the same note, DHEC is not notified when individuals are no longer infectious (i.e. they are well), and as a result, these numbers likely include people who have recovered.
