City Council will hold their regular scheduled meeting on Monday, February 23rd, 6:30 PM at the Council Chambers (15077 Molokai Dr). At the meeting newly elected Councilmember Jim Foltz will officially take his oath of office. There will also be a Public Hearing to receive any comments on the 2025-2035 Comprehensive Plan and the rezoning for a single residence that is currently in York County and has petitioned to annex into the City. Council will also consider the 2nd reading of an Ordinance to prohibit any new wells in the City, awarding the bid for Lawn Maintenance Services, amending the Food & Beverage License Agreement to allow for additional remodeling of the Clubhouse, adopting a resolution for Local Rules of Order and amending their Regular City Council Meeting Schedule to start meetings at 6:00 PM instead of 6:30 PM.
