Culling operations were conducted from Friday, February 21st through Tuesday, February 25th, in the late evening hours. The dates yielded the following results: February 21st-22nd (18 deer), February 22nd-23rd (28 Deer), February 23rd-24th (19 Deer), and February 24th-25th (15 Deer). In correspondence with the Deer Management Permit all meat was processed and donated to the Catawba Indian Nation. Lowcountry Wildlife’s Final Report will be available on the City’s Wildlife Management Page (https://www.tegacaysc.org/1853/Wildlife-Management-Program) once it is submitted to SCDNR.
