The City of Tega Cay utilizes the services of Municipal Code Corporation to codify and publish its ordinances. The City of Tega Cay’s Code of Ordinances are made available to the general public on Municode's website:
CITY OF TEGA CAY'S CODE OF ORDINANCES
Any amendments to the City’s Code of Ordinances and new ordinances that City Council may adopt are sent to Municode. However, some amendments and new ordinances may not be included on Municode's site if enacted after the last supplement. We also do not codify our Zoning, Land Development, and International Property Maintenance Code ordinances due to their size.
