Responsibilities
The Patrol Division is responsible for responding to calls for service throughout Tega Cay. Through the strict enforcment of traffic laws, our Patrol Officers help ensure our City stays safe by keeping a highly visible profile.

Patrol Units
The patrol officers employ 12-hour shifts with an overlapping schedule, which allows for complete coverage of the entire City 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

In addition to the patrols within the CIty , other units within Patrol Division also serve the City:

• K-9 Units 
• School Resource Officer
• DEU
• Forensics Unit
