Make plans to join us on July 4th for a day full of fun activities and help us celebrate Tega Cay's 31st Anniversary!

We’ll kick off the day with our annual Land Parade, starting at 9:00 AM. After the parade, catch one of the trolleys and head down to Windjammer for the Canoe Joust at 11:00. The Boat Parade will depart from Nivens Creek at 11, and make its way around the peninsula, landing at Windjammer at 12:30. Hang out at Windjammer for the 1:00 Carolina Show Ski Team's Performance. Following the activities on the lake, bring the kids by the Pavilion at the Golf Club from 3:00-5:00 for the Splish-n-Splash Summer Bash. (Please make sure your child brings a swim suit and towel)

After you've had a chance to rest and clean up, join the Tega Cay Lions Club for their annual Fish Fry from 4:30 to 7:30, with live music from Lipstick on a Pig. At 8:15, join us for the City Ceremonies and our Birthday Party (with cupcakes!). At 9:30, we’ll end the celebration under the stars enjoying the fireworks. Then stick around for more live music from Lipstick on a Pig.

ATTENTION ALL GOLFERS!!!! Don't miss out on our Annual Red, White & Blue Golf Tournament. The tournament is put on by the Tega Cay Men's Golf Association and the format is 4-person Captain's Choice (Ladies you're encouraged to sign up too!). The tournament will begin with a 9:00 AM shotgun start. For more information, contact Josh Brownell, Director of Golf Operations.

The annual land parade will be held on Thursday, July 4th, beginning at 9:00 AM.  Parade line up starts at 7:30 AM.  The first 5 neighborhoods to register get $50 towards the cost of their float, and the winning neighborhood float gets a block party with the Mayor!

Floats & Group Entries: All floats, neighborhood groups, community groups, business entries, moving vehicles , and group of walkers are required to register to participate in our parade and to be assigned a staging location.

Enjoy an afternoon of water slides, face painting and snow cones!  Don't miss this wet and wild event. Make sure your kids wear their swim suits and towels.  Bring your neighbors and friends.  Don't worry about going home for lunch (or feed the kids before the fish fry)– Casual Water will have hot dogs, brats, hamburgers and drinks available for purchase!

The fan favorite is back again at Windjammer.  Make sure to sign up to enter your team into the Canoe Joust that begins at 11 am.

Join the fun by decorating your boat and showing off your pride in the unique annual pastime. Parade your boat around Tega Cay’s peninsula from Nivens Creek to Windjammer Park. The parade will begin at 11:00 AM and follow the shoreline of the Tega Cay where spectators will be present at every turn. Tega Cay Men’s Club Veterans will judge the boats and prizes will be awarded at the end, when the boats round the tip of Windjammer at 12:30 PM.
