How many sets of development plans are required for submission and review?
The subdivider or developer must submit twenty (20) copies for review and for distribution to staff, the Planning Commission and City Council.

Who reviews plans?
Plans are distributed and reviewed by utility companies (3 copies), Planning and Land Development Manager, City Engineer, Fire Department or Fire Marshal, SCDHEC, Public Works Committee, York County Emergency Preparedness (911), Lake Wylie Marine Commission, Duke Energy Division of Lake Management and the US Army Corp of Engineers. The subdivider or developer is responsible for ensuring agency review is submitted to the Planning Commission at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the next regular meeting.

What are the deadlines for submission of plans?
Plans must be submitted forty-five (45) days prior to the Planning Commission meeting at which the subdivider or developer desires to be heard.
4.
What is the procedure for rezoning property?
Applications can be obtained on this page, must be filled out completely and signed by the property owner(s). Attached to the application should be a deed and Plat (survey) of the property and the appropriate application fee. A joint Public Hearing will be scheduled with the Planning Commission and City Council. Within 30 days of the Hearing or the date it last received evidence, whichever occurs last, the Planning Commission shall submit its recommendation to Council. Council will then take action on the request at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
